The main building is located in Punta Sabbioni – Cavallino-Treporti (VE), a 10-minute walk from the beach. We offer functional, air-conditioned accommodation with Wi-Fi connection, a restaurant/pizzeria, a bar, a supermarket and a garden with barbecue, playground and bicycles for hire. Our enviable location, about 800 metres from the sea and 1500 from the ferry to Venice St. Mark’s Square, allows you, without the use of a car, to decide how best to spend your day. All flats are furnished in modern style with one or two bedrooms, all have a full kitchen, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, terrace, LCD TV, bed linen, towels, free parking, sun terrace. Animals are allowed. For access to the beach there are two convenient free accesses open during the day and in the evening. We hope to have you as our guests.

Ми відпочивали там 2 дні. Місце чудове: море, поруч аквапарк, пляж, недалеко до зупинок Вапоретто. Персонал готелю дуже привітний. В номері чисто, охайно, велика тераса. Є весь необхідний посуд, холодильник , плита. Затишно, як дома. Дуже зручно , що на першому поверсі великий супермаркет. На даху є джакузі, але погода була не тепла, дощило. Навколо красиво, повітря чисте і свіже. Поруч також є ресторани.

We stayed at this very nice apartment hotel for two nights. The staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. The apartment was large and clean and the location makes it a breeze to get to Venice on the vaporetto. The parking is secure for motorcycles and for cars. That was a plus for us.

Wir waren nun das 3. Jahr in Folge da. Es wird immer investiert. Diesmal waren es neue Betten und neue Schränke. Das Gebäude ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Aber es funktioniert alles und es ist sehr sauber. Kein Grund zur Klage also...

Struttura conosciuta da tempo e sempre di buon livello per servizi offerti e comfort. Un plus è il solarium con le 2 postazioni idromassaggio aperte fino alle 21. Unica pecca: il materasso del letto matrimoniale andrebbe sostituito

Lovely, lovely place.
Pretty close to the sandy beach, thanks to the campsite passes the walk took about 10 minutes. Venice and many other equally fascinationg places are at an arm's reach, too. Great spot for both those intending on sunbathing and people with a love for sightseeing. The jacuzzi on the roof is a great place for winding down, too.
During the two times we have stayed there we have encountered no issues whatsoever. A clean and comfortble room and a well-stocked kitchen made for a comfortable stay. The shop located right under the appartments was very convenient as well.
Customer service is phenomenal, the man we have been in contact with was invaluable, replied quickly and would always answer any questions or find a solution to a problem. Spoke perfect English. All staff in general was kind and helpful.
Will certianly go back there again.

Pleasant furnishings, beds super comfortable, everything very clean, towels changed every 3 days, there was a huge terrace in the 6 person apartment. Everything was great, the staff was very friendly, I would come again at any time

Beautifully furnished apartment - everything without fault. Restaurant and shop right in the house. The beach is a bit further from the campsite, but you can miss it even with beach things. Thank you also to the pleasant staff. Just a small complaint - there is too much chlorine in the hot tubs on the sun terrace. Nothing for kids 🙂

We have been there several times and will go again!:-) Nice, clean, air-conditioned apartments. We love the hot tubs on the roof. We also use the laundry facilities. The beach is a maximum of 10 minutes from the campsite (entrance fee is provided). There is a supermarket below the apartments where you can get everything. There is also a super restaurant below it, where the pizzas and pastas are very delicious (I'm sure the other dishes are too, but we ate them there). The harbor is 2 minutes away, from where you can take a boat trip to Venice!

Large, very clean appartamenti. Easy check in and check out at the vanin supermarket right on the ground floor of the building. There is a washing machine for general use and bicycles can be rented. On the roof terrace there are 2 whirlpools and numerous loungers, chairs and tables.
You get a pass through the Marina di Venezia campsite to get to the beach or you use one of the small access roads a little further away to get to the beach. The bus connection from Venice Marco Polo airport is good.

Modern, clean apartments and the managing staff is very helpful. Large spaces, laundry room and supreme solarium with hydromassage tubs.
There is a large garden equipped for children and teenagers, a barbecue and the private parking is among the pine trees, quite shaded. It's not very far from the beach if you use the passes to cross the campsite in front. Below the apartments there is a supermarket stocked with everything.

We stayed for two nights and I must say we had a great time. Clean apartment with almost all utilities, a nice terrace with jacuzzi and sunbeds on the 3rd floor, supermarket and restaurant on the ground floor of the building, very convenient private parking inside the courtyard and a beautiful green area with play area and barbecue with tables. The staff very kind and helpful. Access to the beach is via the Marina di Venezia campsite where you show the pass issued by the Vanin apartments. Very beautiful beach, clean and above all not crowded. All very beautiful.

The windows protect (soundproof) very well from the outside.
On the third floor you can find the "relaxation" floor! Two splendid massage tubs ready to wait for you!

The owner was also nice and very courteous (at least I think he was).
The girls (staff) at the supermarket are super friendly and courteous and super responsive in helping.

Picking up the key for the apartment was very easy, this is done in the supermarket downstairs - at the checkout, even an earlier arrival (time) was not a problem, we got the room right away. The apartment was clean, we had everything you need, except for tea towels, the Italians probably don't dry off 🙂 The only point of criticism, the whirlpools on the roof can only be used from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. During the day it's very hot up there, so you'd rather go to the beach... in the evening when it gets a bit cooler, you'd rather go to the 34C whirlpool, but then it's no longer possible with a closing at 8:00 p.m., very Pity. The path to the beach leads through the Champingplatz opposite, you get cards when you hand over the keys with which you can walk through the Champingplatz. (However, a long way to walk.) The apartment is family and dog-friendly! Departure was also problem-free, payment in the supermarket, we could drive whenever we wanted and could simply leave the key in the room.

We arrived for a few days in Cavallino and booked accommodation at Vanin the right choice !!
At the supermarket under the lodgings, the girls welcomed us and immediately showed us the rooms!
Apartment divided perfectly spacious rooms, clean and equipped with everything
(From the kitchen to the bathroom to the rooms)
Also under the lodgings there is a supermarket stocked with everything
And nearby is also the restaurant where you can eat absolute delights

Pizzeria - restaurant - tobacconist - breakfast bar - aperitif -)

Ho soggiornato una settimana con la mia famiglia in questo appartamento, molto carino e le vasche idromassaggio bellissime.
A poca distanza dal mare e sotto gli appartamenti c'è un bellissimo giardino e pure il supermercato e il ristorante.
Dovrò tornarci sicuramente!

Хорошее месторасположение для посещения Венеции. Оптимально начать с Мурано и Бурано пока толпы в Венеции. А во второй половине дня двинуться в Венецию. Из плюсов: 1) магазин 2) кафе 3) широкий пляж 4) большой номер 5) балкон. Минусы: 1) шумоизоляция 2) плохая кровать

È la terza estate che torniamo.
Appartamento comodo, pulito, ben fornito di tutto ciò che serve.
Parcheggio interno, un bel parco giochi per i bambini, ascensore nuovissimo ed una meravigliosa terrazza/solarium con vasche idro, bellissima!!! Comodissimo alla spiaggia. Una spiaggia ideale per chi ha bambini, spaziosa, tranquilla e molto pulita.
Un supermercato sotto casa dove trovare davvero tutto, ottimi banchi di gastronomia se non si ha voglia di cucinare.
A far la differenza il personale, sempre sorridente e super cordiale.
Consiglio vivamente.
Ottimo il prezzo visto i servizi offerti.

Had absolutely everything I needed. Kitchen, internet and basically everything was very satisfying. The only thing that could be improved is a more regular room service and more toiletries.

Appartamenti graziosi e funzionali per una vacanza in relax. Adatti anche a famiglie con bambini perché il complesso offre anche un bel giardino con qualche gioco per i bimbi e la possibilità di mangiare all'aperto. Molto comodo per vicinanza a supermercato, bar e ristorante. Consente il passaggio all'interno del camping Marina per raggiungere la bellissima spiaggia. In pochi minuti in auto o autobus (servizio frequentissimo e regolare si raggiunge l'imbarcadero da cui si può partire per Venezia e isole della Laguna.
